We recommend using the NewAira Vitalyzer™ for at least 14 consecutive days before considering a return — it’s designed to deliver results with consistent, short daily use.
If after 14 days you’re still not satisfied, you’re eligible to return your product anytime within 30 days of your purchase.

🛑 Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind?
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, your order may have already entered the processing or shipping phase, and we may not be able to make changes. If cancelled within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
📦 Damaged Items
We take care in packaging your Vitalyzer to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
Send an email to enquiries@newairahq.com with:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- Your order number or email address
We’ll review the issue and, if eligible, ship a replacement at no cost to you.
🔍 Note: damage to outer packaging or boxes is not considered product damage if the device is still fully functional.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, but once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the courier’s hands.
NewAira HQ is not responsible for delays, lost items, or customs issues caused by third parties during shipping. If your item is late or missing, please contact your courier directly with your tracking number.
📍 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before checking out.
If you need to change it, you must let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the address is incorrect and not updated in time, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
